Since March 2015, Heila Cranes SpA has been one of the companies certified by Achilles JQS, a leading agency with expertise in qualification, evaluation and monitoring of Oil & Gas industry suppliers.

Marine treatment
Heila Cranes has developed its own specific know-how regarding surface treatments, design aspects, welding technology and the selection of components that together guarantee an extended product life even in the most hostile environments.
The standard Heila paint system complies with ISO 12944-5 C5 Very High and ISO 12944-9 CX Offshore (successor of the C5M paint system); the standard colour is RAL 1005 “Honey Yellow” combined with RAL 7021 “Black Grey”. Heila also offers alternative, NORSOK M-501 compliant paint systems, special isocyanate-free paint systems, or customer-specific paint systems. All topcoats are available in customer-specified RAL colours.
We conduct and control all surface treatment processes in our Heila facilities.
