2.1 Technical (no consent required)
Strictly necessary for the operation of the site and, under the legislation cited above, they do not require prior consent.

2.2 Statistics (consent required)
These are installed only after consent is given through the banner shown on the first visit. Until then the corresponding scripts are blocked and no data is sent to the provider. They may be refused without any loss of functionality.

Google Analytics 4 is used exclusively to measure aggregate traffic: pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate geographic area and device type. IP addresses are anonymised by design and are not stored by Google Analytics 4. The service is not used for advertising, remarketing, cross-site tracking or the creation of individual user profiles, and Google Signals is not enabled.
2.3 Categories not used
This website does not use profiling or advertising technologies, social media tracking pixels, or any form of behavioural advertising.
3. Transfer of data outside the European Union
The provider of the statistics service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. In the course of providing the service, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 concerning the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and are additionally covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses included in the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. 4. Giving, refusing and withdrawing consent
On the first visit a banner allows the user to accept, refuse or configure the non-technical categories. Refusing is as immediate as accepting, and no category other than the technical one is activated by default.
The choice may be changed or withdrawn at any time, with effect for the future, through the consent management link available on the website or by clearing the site data from the browser, which causes the banner to be displayed again.
5. Fonts and external resources
Text web fonts are served directly from our own servers, so no request is made to third-party font providers while browsing the site.
6. External links and embedded content
Pages of this website may contain links to external sites, for example our social media profiles, or embedded content published on third-party platforms. Once such a link is followed, the privacy policies of the third party apply; Heila Cranes S.p.A. has no control over those technologies.
7. Managing preferences in the browser
